Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-13
These terms cover the Swapper web app at xmrtousdc.xyz, its HTTPS API, the MCP server and the A2A endpoint (together, the service). By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Swapper is an interface that requests quotes and orders from a swap provider, Wagyu (wagyu.xyz), for swaps between Monero (XMR) and native USDC on Arbitrum One, in both directions. Swapper never holds funds or keys and never signs or sends transactions. Each order gets a one-time deposit address from the provider; the provider holds the deposit while the swap executes, then pays out to the destination address or refunds. The provider executes the swap under its own terms.
2. Who may use it
The service is not available in restricted regions, currently including the United States; requests from those regions receive HTTP 451. Do not use the service from a restricted region or try to get around the restriction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The provider may apply its own compliance screening and may refuse or hold an order; Swapper cannot check or override that.
3. Quotes are estimates
A quote shows an estimated amount you receive. It is not guaranteed: the provider publishes no minimum receive amount, and the final amount is set when the swap runs. A quote can be accepted only within its acceptance window and opens at most one order. Amounts below the provider's minimum swap value cannot be swapped. Timing is an estimate too. Monero needs about 10 confirmations (~20 min) before the swap runs, so XMR to USDC often takes 30-60 minutes end to end. USDC to XMR usually completes in about 5 minutes once funded.
4. Fees
Fees are as stated on each quote. Swapper earns an integrator fee that is already included in the quoted rate (currently 1%; every quote shows it). Nothing is added on top of the quote apart from the network fee for sending the deposit. The provider's own fees are included in the rate. A quote made with an agent key carries the agent fee shown with that key's terms. Network fees for sending the deposit (ETH gas on Arbitrum One, or the Monero network fee) are paid by the sender.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give a destination address you control, on the right network, and check it before you send anything. Swapper checks the address format, not who controls it.
- Send one transfer of the exact deposit amount, on the right network and token (native USDC on Arbitrum One, not USDC.e or USDC on another network; or XMR on the Monero network), before the deposit expires. A wrong token, network, amount or a late or second deposit may not be recoverable.
- Keep your wallet, seed phrase and private keys safe. Swapper never asks for them.
- If an AI agent or other software acts for you, what it does with the service counts as your action. Set its spending limits and whether it must ask you before creating an order or paying.
- Do not use the service for funds you are not entitled to, to evade sanctions or other laws, or to attack, overload or misuse the service.
6. The provider
The provider executes swaps, sets the confirmations a deposit needs, pays out and handles refunds. Swapper relays its status and the transaction hashes it reports, and checks the provider's order against your quote before showing deposit details, but cannot control or reverse what the provider or a blockchain does. Swapper's support will help with an order, but recovery of funds is not guaranteed.
7. No financial advice
Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices move; decide for yourself whether a swap suits you.
8. Availability, provided as is
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It can pause new orders, change or stop at any time, for example when the provider is unavailable. Orders already created stay with the provider; their status stays readable while Swapper keeps the order record.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Swapper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, price movements, or losses caused by the provider, a blockchain or network, your wallet, software acting for you, or incorrect addresses, amounts, tokens or networks you supplied. Swapper's total liability for any order is limited to the fee Swapper earned on that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
Swapper may update these terms; the date at the top changes when it does, and using the service after a change means accepting the new terms. Questions: support@xmrtousdc.xyz. Related: Privacy policy · Security policy.
